Lots and Lots of Friendly Faces
Hello Everyone,
How was everyones weekend? Well, in Northern Minnesota we were wet and cold.. My husband Jeff and I did the Farmers Market in Grand Rapids,Minnesota. That's the market that we do. My husband has so much fun and so do I. You meet the nicest people.
No matter how wet and cold people came to join us. Who doesn't
like an open air market. I wish we could do it all the time. You meet some people who shop in groups and who shop alone. I love to talk to everyone. People are so interesting. They say the best conversation you can have with anyone is to just listen to them.
Nothing surprises me anymore in conversation. I just enjoy the visit. When I worked in the hospital, I talked to the elderly. I just ask a question and then they took off with the conversation. So interesting.
When I see people who are alone, I always seem to strike up a conversation. Maybe in that persons day, I may be the only one he or she talks too. People are amazing. I can learn from each and everyone.
I am thankful that I have a gift to gab and also listen. I find peace in being in a quiet spot and talking to someone.
There was this native American and his wife that come to the Farmers Market. I have seen then twice, and we had a really good conversation. We shook hands. I tell yah ,his hands were huge. I thought my husbands hands were huge, but he has them beat. Nice and Friendly Folks.
I used to not be this way. I was kind of shy and never felt good enough. But Now, Look what I have been missing.Share your Joy
